Today a special issue of the Journal of the Royal Society of New Zealand, which considers the place of science in New Zealand’s future, was published.

Among the list of prestigious Kiwis who contributed to this issue is Wendy McGuinness, whose article ‘The future of scientific thought‘ focuses on the connection between science and society and how this relationship will shape our future. This piece forms part of the Insitute’s Project Public Science.

See the Royal Society of New Zealand press release here, which was also published on Scimex’s (Science Media Exchange) website. The latter contains an ‘Expert Reaction’ section to the issues explored in the issue.
