Our LocalNZ website ‘Connecting youth committed to local government’ has recently been updated with a survey to explore issues facing youth. The survey takes around 10 minutes, and a summary of the results will be a key resource for the participants at the LocalNZ workshop in November. These will also be published on the website. Applications close Tuesday, 7 October – if you would like to learn more, please see the LocalNZ website.
The LocalNZ youth survey encourages youth to give their thoughts on the issues that concern them. While the LocalNZ workshop is limited to 30 applicants from the ages of 18–25, the survey is available for anyone to participate in. If you would like to take part in the survey or forward it to a youth friend or colleague, please go to the LocalNZ website and click on the LocalNZ youth survey button.
