In March 2020 we toured New Zealand to discuss how we might create a talent-based economy with some of the 30 Kiwis from the 2020 TalentNZ Journal.
Jim Flynn is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Otago and joined us to share his experiences and thoughts at the Dunedin public event on 18 March 2020.
See our TalentNZ Tour playlist for more videos from the tour. For more information see the TalentNZ project on the McGuinness Institute website. You can connect with TalentNZ to keep up to date with the project and receive our TalentNZ newsletter.

Jim is down to earth and sensible while being visionary and unafraid of challenging conventional ways of looking at things. He fits the “grow” part of the TalentNZ ecosystem – storytelling by “honest and open narratives that communicate the fundamental goals of a business or city.” Jim is always worth listening to.
